Step 1: Intro Chat

What we do: 30 min video or phone call with our Recruitment Coordinator, Ibrahim.

Why: Understand your motivations, values, and what drives you.

What you get: Insight into the role and us. Follow-up within two weeks.

Step 2: Deep-dive interview

What we do: Meet your future manager and 1–2 colleagues (virtual/in-person).

Step 3: The Assignment

This isn’t a test to “beat”—no right or wrong answers. It shows how you work best.

All You Need to Know About the Process

How long does your hiring process take?

Our typical hiring process takes around 4–5 weeks from your first conversation with us to receiving an offer. We aim to keep it as smooth, timely, and respectful of your time as possible.


Will I receive feedback throughout the process?

Yes—always. We believe in constructive, honest communication. After each major step (especially the assignment and final interviews), we’ll share feedback with you, regardless of the outcome.


How do you make your hiring process inclusive?

We design our process to be fair, transparent, and inclusive from start to finish. That means structured interviews, diverse interview panels and a strong feedback loop. We also adapt to specific needs—just let us know how we can support you best.
