COVID-19: Important information from PNO
The COVID-19 is spreading extremely fast and we will therefore undertake below immediate actions in order to comply with the guidelines given by local authorities.
We are implementing the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone – both inside and outside PNO. We are doing everything we can to ensure the minimum impact for customers and kindly ask you to corporate and share this information with any collaborators for whom this information is relevant.
Meetings with PNO
We are changing physical meetings to online meetings where possible and will postpone all physical meetings.
Visiting the offices
To avoid any risks we have enforced that external guests do not visit the office during this period. If it is unavoidable, get in contact with your PNO contact or the office administration (“office phone number”) ahead of your arrival. You will hereafter be met outside the office.
Visiting the workshops/depots
If possible, please avoid visiting the workshop in this period.
When picking up or returning a trailer at a depot and/or a workshop, please advise us in advance at “office phone number”. When you arrive, knock on the front door or call the office again. You will then be met outside of the depot or workshop and receive instructions depending on your errand.
