Flexibility and supplier relations secures PNO Finland contract with DSV
A tailor-made solution to the unique needs of a highly specialised division secured PNO Finland an order of 1.100 units.
The local DSV car logistic division is transporting car parts from all over Europe to Valmet Automotive’s plant in Uusikaupunki, Finland, where Mercedes models are produced. The project required a flexible rental solution, which PNO could deliver while providing competitive pricing.
Due to the highly specialized character of the division’s work, DSV had very specific demands to the quality and specifications of the trailers. PNO was in cooperation with Bernard Krone GmbH able to meet the technical needs of DSV and to deliver the materials within a strict time schedule.
PNO furthermore secured DSV easy access to technical service in the entire rental period. A close relationship with a mechanical service supplier enabled the opening of a new workshop near the car factory. An initiative that will save DSV many kilometres and man hours.

The first trailers will be delivered end of June and the last shipment will be handed over in November this year.
