Majority shareholder buys Kirk Kapital out of PNO

Kirk Kapital steps down as a minority shareholder of the Nordic region’s leading trailer rental company, PNO.

Jacob Lee Ørnstrand, owner of 52% of PNO, buys back Kirk Capital’s shares of the company, which represents 48%. Kirk Kapital has been an active minority shareholder in PNO for the past 5 years.

“I would like to thank Kirk Kapital for their active contribution to the positive development that PNO has had over the past 5 years. At the same time, I look forward to becoming a sole shareholder, ”says Jacob Lee Ørnstrand, Group CEO of PNO.

“The management and the entire organization has made a fantastic effort over the past five years. As owners, we are proud that we participated in the journey and that PNO can now continue its positive development under Jacob Lee Ørnstrand’s full ownership. We wish them the best for the years to come, ”says Kim Gulstad, CEO of Kirk Kapital.
