PNO welcomes expert in AI and Big Data as Board Member

Henrik Busch joins PNO’s Board of Directors at the General Meeting in April. With Henrik Busch onboard, PNO gains yet another strong profile, who can support us in leading the transition to sustainable freight.

Henrik Busch has a long successful track record of leading digital change, creating profitable growth and leveraging digital platforms. Competences and experiences that will be of great value for PNO. His specialities are within the fields of big data and AI.

Other changes to the PNO Board

Jesper Lok will take over the position as Chairman of the Board as the current Chairman of the Board, Jens Jørgen Madsen,  is retiring. Nina Fisker Olesen, Investment Manager at KIRK KAPITAL A/S, will replace Søren Lindgaard from KIRK KAPITAL A/S.

PNO Board will consist of the following five members after the General Meeting:
