New PNO Board Member


Jesper Lok has been appointed as new member of PNO’s Board, November 2018. He will take over the position as Chairman of the Board from Jens Jørgen Madsen at the General Meeting in April 2019.


The PNO Board consists of five members:

  • Jacob Lee Ørnstrand (CEO at PNO)
  • Carsten Lorentzen (Partner and Attorney at DLA Piper)
  • Jens Jørgen Madsen (Chairman – until April 2019)
  • Jesper Lok (CEO)
  • Søren Lindgaard (CFO at Kirk Kapital)

The reorganization of the Board is carried out in relation to Jens Jørgen Madsen retiring, thus resigning as Chairman of the Board.

Education: Shipping educated, MBA, and has received further education at Harvard University, IMD, and Columbia University.
