PNO increases its Customer NPS to 78

We asked and you voted. Each year, we send out a customer survey to learn more about our customers’ satisfaction and gather feedback. This year’s results are in and we couldn’t be happier. We achieved a record-high cNPS score of 78.

This makes us best-in-class in customer happiness and a trusted partner for trailer rental. Thank you to all our customers. What makes our customers so happy? Our flexibility, fast service, and trailer quality.

It gets even better. We will protect 337m2 of land. Wait what? Yep. For every answer, we protect 1m2 of land through our partner Den Danske Naturfond. Thank you, dear customers.
